Shop the Frontier uses both the United States Postal Service and the United Parcel Service to ensure timely and safe delivery of your purchases. Sometimes, your purchase may arrive in multiple shipments due to the fact that our member artisans ship from various locations. We will do our best to notify you if you can expect multiple deliveries.
When can I expect my order?
Delivery time is 3-10 business days to most locations.
Need an order faster? Don't hesitate to contact us for faster delivery options. We are available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST Monday-Saturday to answer any of your questions. Unfortunately, overnight delivery is not accessible from our rural location at this time, but we would be happy to send items via Express or Priority Mail for an extra shipping charge. Orders will ship when all items are in stock, usually within 2 business days. We will notify you via email if the shipping process will take longer.
Where do you ship to?
Currently we only ship to the U.S. and Canada. If you would like us to deliver an item to another location, please contact us at 877-807-7278, Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST for a quote. We are happy to consider foreign shipment.

Do you send gift orders?
Yes! If you would like your order shipped to a friend, please change the delivery address during the checkout process. If there are any special instructions or a message, please write it in our comments section in the checkout process. We will hand-write your message, with a note as to who it is from, on a gift card and include it in the shipment for no extra charge.
Shop the Frontier Recycles!
We use recycled packaging whenever possible so don’t be surprised if you receive a box with an odd product label. Our rural area has limited access to recycling services so we’re doing our part to cut down on unnecessary waste.
